This site is independent. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the California Housing Finance Agency, the State of California or any other government agency. References to programs are for explanation only.
Not a lender
We do not make loans, arrange loans, take loan applications, quote rates or decide eligibility. No Prop 37 loans are available as of the date below.
Calculators and estimates
Our calculators, county figures and example payments are illustrations based on assumptions and published data. They aren't quotes, offers or official program limits. Actual terms will be set by CalHFA and lenders.
Accuracy and changes
We work to keep the guide accurate and current and link to sources so you can check them yourself. Rules can change, and many details haven't been published yet. Information may be incomplete or out of date by the time you read it. Always confirm details with the official source and a licensed lender before making decisions.
